Introduction

This Code of Conduct applies to all individuals participating in the foundation's programs, including but not limited to employees, volunteers, educators, students, collaborators, and attendees of foundation-organized events, both online and in person.
Expected Behavior
Participants in the foundation's activities are expected to:

- Maintain a supportive and inclusive environment, free from discrimination, harassment, and intimidation.
- Act with integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all interactions.

- Follow all applicable laws, foundation policies, and guidelines.
Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behaviors include, but are not limited to:
- Harassment, discrimination, or abuse based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion, or any other protected characteristic.
- Threats, intimidation, or deliberate disruption of foundation activities.
- Hate speech, offensive language, or personal attacks.
- Unwanted physical contact or unwelcome sexual advances.
- Academic dishonesty, plagiarism, or any form of fraudulent activity.
- Violating the privacy of others, including sharing personal information without consent.
- Any illegal or unethical behavior that compromises the foundation’s mission or community values.
Reporting and Enforcement
If you experience or witness a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it to the foundation's designated contact person. Reports can be made confidentially and will be taken seriously. The foundation will investigate all complaints fairly and take appropriate corrective action, which may include warnings, removal from events, suspension, or other measures as necessary.
